Job Descriptions & Responsibilities

For Diploma Trainee (Manufacturing/Operations):

• Support new product introduction on manufacturing lines.

Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Operate EOT cranes (if certified) and handle shop-floor equipment.

For Associate Project Engineer:

• Preparing designs, project controls, specifications, and cost estimates.

Monitoring progress and performance against the project plan.

Identifying and gathering resources necessary to complete the project.

Collaborating with external contractors and internal teams for testing and commissioning.

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma Trainee: A Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering with a minimum of 60% (First Class).

Associate Project Engineer: BE/B.Tech in relevant engineering streams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
