This approach shifts risk and mobilizes private capital to achieve better outcomes in education and skills development, especially for vulnerable populations like girls, children with disabilities, and refugees. Internship Opportunity: Learning & Engagement at the Education Outcomes Fund (EOF) – Remote $1700
Tasks
The intern’s responsibilities will be focused on three key areas: Research and knowledge generation, supporting peer relationships, and community building. This includes assisting with the development of technical briefs and learning materials, scheduling and participating in calls with partner organizations, and providing logistical support for events, including researching participants and mapping key stakeholders in the education and skills sectors. The role is designed for a professional who can manage a fast-paced environment and a high workload with strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
Education and Certification
- Applicants must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program or be a recent graduate (within the last two years).
- A degree in a relevant subject such as education, economics, development studies, political science, or public policy is desirable.
Experience
- Experience or a demonstrated interest in international development, the global education sector, and international aid is highly desirable.
- The ability to manage a high workload, prioritize tasks, and work independently is essential.
- Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Arabic is an asset.
Additional Information
This is a six-month, full-time remote internship. While the EOF team is primarily based in London, the position is fully remote. Interns will receive a monthly stipend, with the amount varying based on their location, following UNICEF’s stipend regulations. The internship is expected to begin in September or October 2025.
